Monday, Day 126, 100% Raw Fruitarian. Rainy day today. i wasn't very productive work-wise. i did eat well (praise my Saviour for His provision). These mangos from Costa Rica are really very good. i have heard about mangos from the carribbean and central america and how they are much better then the ones we usually get here. i am definitely a believer now as i ate 6 of them today. i am glad we had the rain as we need it badly. Rainy days tend to make me lazy though. i always feel like sleeping. i did get in some very good workouts today. Here are how the meals went:
Little over half a large watermelon, 3 mangos (1008 calories)
Large bowl of zucchini spaghetti with avocado-plantain-banana sauce. The sauce could have been (and would have been) better but i used the juice of a grapefruit. i am not a big fan of grapefruit but nobody was going to eat it and i definitely wasn't going to let it waste. (1045 Calories)
2 large bananas, 3 mangos, 4 navel oranges (920 calories)
In the morning i did 5 sets of 50 pushups (250 total). This evening i did 9 sets of dips (265 total).
