Tuesday, March 16, 2010......Day 59

Day 59 of the Fruit Feast. i am totally enjoying the Fruitarian lifestyle. The food is bringing added joy to my heart (as Christ designed it to). As the Word says:

Psalms 104:14 He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;
Psalms 104:15 And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart.

btw, the "wine" is the pure juice of the fruit (usually grape in the bible) and not the alcoholic beverage that is the drink of the intemperate. Its unfortunate how so many use the bible to justify ugly vices. Anyways, i am really experiencing tremendous blessings from the Fruitarian lifestyle; more than any other time in my life. i am so thankful for the fruit that is available to me, even as i understand that there are places where the fruit grows of much higher quality (like south Florida, Jamaica, Central & South America, Hawaii, SE Asia and other places). But what i am able to obtain here in the Roanoke Virginia area is a great blessing for the fact that the best of fruit does not grow here (although the area produces delicious watermelon, apples, peaches, raspberries and blackberries as well as some other fruits in the summer). i am just very thankful for what i am being provided with in general.

Here is my delicious meals for the day:

Breakfast:38oz smoothie (celery juice, honeydew juice, 4 dates), 3 mangos.

Lunch: 1 durian, bowl of longans, 4 mangos (i was hungry!).

Dinner: 16oz smoothie (grapes, oj, bananas), 3 dates (i brushed right after, no issues)

Spiritual bread: 1 Cor 1, 2

Exercise: 100 squats, 16 assisted pistol squats per leg, 48 chins, 200 push ups, 60 weighted step jumps.

Grace and Peace be multiplied.
