Tuesday, Day 127, 100% Raw Fruitarian. Stressful day today. The type of day that builds character. Days like today have me looking for comfort food. It was one of those days where cooked foods seemed very appealing. i have noticed that days like these have me reaching for my non-sweet fruity salads with herbs and spices as well as avocados. This i did today although i only ate one avocado, i believe this was due to the fact that i had some delicious mangos still in my possession. After eating that salad i felt alot better in terms of the desire for cooked comfort as the salad was very good. i used my normal orange juice as the sauce base instead of the grapefruit i had to use yesterday. When i arrived at home i went into the yard and grabbed a small handful of chives also. Here are the meals for today:
Breakfast:
One half of a large watermelon, 4 large bananas (1162 calories).
Lunch:
5 large bananas (605 calories).
Dinner:
Non-sweet fruity salad made with 4 italian tomatoes, one cucumber, one half of a large papaya. Topped with chives, basil, cayenne, curry and a little oregano. i also made a sauce from half an avocado, 3 large bananas, juice of one orange with the same herbs and spices sans the chives. It was hot as i added alittle too much cayenne in my zeal (LOL), but it was delicious for sure and totally satisfying to my palate. i ate the other half of the avo while preparing it and about half an hour later i ate two delicious mangos. (1363 calories total).
Exercise: none today.
