Friday, Day 179, 100% Raw Fruitarian. Didn't eat as much today. i missed breakfast because i had an early, very important meeting. But i don't feel the lack. Before lunch at about 11am, i had a box of organic grape tomatoes as a snack. They were delicious. i never got into them before really, but this fruitarian journey is changing alot of things in my life. i was hungry prior to that but after that, the hunger was completely gone and i was satisfied. i ate again about two hours later but that was more because of schedule than hunger. i had plans to workout at the park and i wanted to get lunch out of the way before i did. Had a good workout today as it was very warm and i felt very good. My wife was jogging around the park as i was working on the bars, we both got a good workout. Tomorrow we have some brethren coming over to worship with us and we are going to make it a raw Sabbath. Should be a blessing for all. Here is how today went:
Breakfast:
none
Snack:
Pint of organic grape tomatoes, yummy. (80 calories)
Lunch:
one banana, tomato-cucumber salad with pate. (705 calories).
Dinner:
Half a watermelon, 4 bananas. (1162 calories).
Snack (planned for later):
6 valencia oranges. (356 calories).
Exercise:
35 minutes... 102 chin-ups.....90 dips on the dipping bar.

Day 178, 100% Raw Fruitarian
Thursday, Day 178, 100% Raw Fruitarian. My wife and i went to the park today. i was going to focus on dips and chins. But then it started raining hard. i was only able to get in about 20 minutes, which was good enough for some chins. i will do that again tomorrow (weather permitting), i may also do some more squats (they are tough, but i feel the increase of strength in my legs). Food-wise i ate less calories today because my thoughtful wife made me a non-sweet salad for dinner and i had eaten one for breakfast. She thought i would want it since a few times i had eaten it twice per day. i did enjoy it immensely with a new batch of nut pate i made, but i had a taste for some sweet fruit and about an hour later i had some. Here is how it went:

tomato-cucumber salad with pate. (584 calories).
Snack:
2 mangos, one banana. (390 calories).
